Detachable low-bed semi-trailer (hydraulic removable gooseneck low loader) is a special vehicle for heavy oversize cargo transport. It adopts a hydraulic separable gooseneck as core structure, different from traditional fixed gooseneck low beds. The hydraulic system can rapidly disconnect the gooseneck from the load deck, letting the front deck touch the ground to form a loading ramp. Large equipment can drive onto and off the trailer from the front without crane support. It is widely applied to long-distance haulage of overweight and over-height cargo in construction, mining, wind power and heavy industry sectors, acting as the main transport equipment for oversize cargo logistics and infrastructure projects.

The detachable low-bed trailer eliminates the need for large lifting equipment, enabling direct front loading and unloading via the ramp. It cuts loading/unloading time for a single machine by 60%, allowing independent operation at remote construction sites and mines where cranes are unavailable.
The main beam is constructed from high-strength Q345A manganese steel I-beams formed by automatic submerged arc welding. The trapezoidal frame boasts outstanding bending and torsion resistance. The deck is covered with 5mm anti-slip checkered steel plate, reinforced by 300mm raised side beams to prevent deformation under heavy loads. A spring-hydraulic ramp comes standard at the rear, with dual spring buffers to avoid bending when carrying heavy construction machinery.
It is equipped with a standalone diesel hydraulic power unit containing 4 sets of hydraulic cylinders, which allows one person to complete lifting and detachment operations. After separation, the load deck lies flat on the ground to form a gentle loading ramp. Tracked equipment such as excavators, loaders and mining machinery can drive onto the deck by themselves. Oversized non-self-propelled cargo including transformers and wind turbine towers can be pulled onto the trailer steadily with a winch, greatly reducing the risk of damage during loading and unloading.
