The mixing drum is integrally rolled and welded from wear-resistant high-strength manganese steel in pear shape, fitted with three-stage spiral blades edged with wear liners for long service life. No mixing dead corners, discharge residue under 0.35%. Three-point support keeps the drum steady on bumpy roads. Wide streamlined hopper avoids material spillage, with an extended chute for multi-height construction pouring.
It holds much more concrete than ordinary integrated mixers, cutting trips and fuel, labor and toll costs, perfect for transport over 50km.
Sturdy thickened chassis and balanced suspension ensure stable heavy-load travel, anti-rollover and anti-damage on mountain and gravel roads for prolonged service life.
