This heavy-duty 6-axle rear-tipping dump semi-trailer is designed for open-pit coal mines, metal mines, port bulk cargo handling and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Its main beam is constructed from Q345A manganese steel as a through-type double-layer reinforced I-beam, integrally bent and welded with numerous reinforcing liners to resist impact and avoid deformation or cracking.
Fitted with mechanical leaf spring suspension, it adapts to bumpy harsh mine roads with simple maintenance and long service life.
The cargo box is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate reinforced with multiple X-shaped uprights in the middle, and the floor is thickened to 8–12 mm. It withstands ore impact, extrusion during unloading and prevents cargo box bulging.
