CIZK stake semi-trailer is a multi-functional trailer upgraded from flatbed models, equipped with detachable fences that balance easy loading and cargo protection.
Open fences keep agricultural goods well ventilated. Side panels can be fully or partially removed for forklift side loading to boost yard efficiency. Tall fences and multiple lashing rings stop long cargo from shifting during heavy-load emergency stops, ideal for mining and construction sites.
Heavy-duty multi-axle versions fit Africa and Southeast Asia, handling long-haul bulk shipments for farms, mines and overseas construction projects.

The main beam is made of high-toughness Q345A steel. Side and cross beams are integrally bent, with triangular diagonal braces welded under every cross beam for reinforcement. The chassis resists torsion and impact, and stays intact without deformation or fracture on rough bumpy roads. Equipped with heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring suspension, it avoids cracking under long-term heavy loads. The floor adopts 3mm anti-slip patterned steel plate, wear-resistant and pressure-proof, resisting bulging and abrasion from frequent forklift operations. The stake body features modular detachable design; each single panel can be removed separately. Full opening on both sides enables side loading and unloading by forklifts, boosting handling efficiency by 50% compared with closed box semi-trailers. Side panel height is customizable from 600mm to 2000mm to fit cargo of various heights. Double-reinforced column sockets prevent outward bulging under full load. Optional container twist locks allow hauling standard containers without purchasing an extra container skeleton trailer. After removing side panels, it functions as a flatbed trailer for oversize and extra-long cargo. One single unit covers multiple transport scenarios, cutting fleet procurement costs.
